They have often prioritized their family and are lost on how to address the niggling and often perplexing health conditions creeping into their day-to-day life and sometimes they simply lack the motivation to do so. I help them work through the barriers to feel better and live a more energised and balanced life.

Meet Kate Meredith - is a very experienced Naturopath, who is registered with the Australian Traditional Medical Society, which mirrors the level of educational and professional standards of Australia’s registered medical practitioners. Kate has seven years of experience including areas such as; hormones, fertility, mental health, fatigue, digestive problems, children’s health, skin conditions, weight loss to immune health. She also has specialised in all areas of hormonal and fertility support and a special interest in food intolerances, gut health and children’s health including ADHD.
Georgie Irvine is a certified Health and Wellness Coach who specialises in sobriety, and the owner of Thrivalist — a coaching platform for women who are sober curious or living alcohol-free. After navigating her own journey of self-worth, alcohol dependence, and personal transformation, Georgie is now deeply passionate about helping other women find clarity, freedom, and confidence — without alcohol. She supports women to create lasting change through mindset work, boundary setting, self-care, and the principles of positive psychology. Georgie also believes in the power of movement and daily exercise to support emotional wellbeing and balance — it's one of the most important ways she cares for herself. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and deeply relatable — because she’s been there too. Georgie believes that how you show up for yourself each day directly reflects how you show up in your relationships, your purpose, and your business. And her mission is to help women show up as their most empowered, aligned selves — one conscious choice at a time.
Kendall Barnes is specialist in scar therapy and women’s pelvic and fertility health, with a 2010 graduate in a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Massage Therapy. She has over 15 year’s experience in the health industry, most recently working with health issues stemming from internal/external scarring and tissue toxicity. Kendall uses manual therapy and gentle tissue manipulation techniques to work with scarring, adhesions and tissue restrictions; allowing balance and blood flow to the body’s soft tissue and organ structures, maximising function.
