My Menopause Story

Peri-menopause hit me at just 38, bringing a wave of debilitating symptoms–including fibromyalgia. Like many women, I spent years chasing answers–countless tests, appointments, and multiple surgeries, including a hysterectomy.

Eventually, I turned inward. I began learning everything I could about menopause, hormonal health, and wellness–driven by the belief that there had to be a better way to live through this phase.

That journey of self-discovery led me to formal study and certifications, and ultimately, to a powerful mission:

To help other women take back control of their health, lifestyle and happiness.
